Handling Torque issues(defects)

Is there an available Torque defect list to view, or we have to use the SDK bugs forum to keep informed somewhat?
How about a general "do not do" reference to help minimize the amount of crashes we come across? I've been playing with the world editor and came across some crashes. For example, using the world editor inspector and changing visibility from 500 to 5000 causes a crash.
How severe or not are these crashes, do you people just restart torque and continue on with your design/development?

Fails At Making Games
Well...not really. I've never had any really bad crashes, and typically restarting Torque has worked for me.
Battlefield Vietnam, however, DID start my motherboard on fire.
