Is there anything to be done on the art side to get shapes with tse shaders into the game (has anything changed on the art side between tge and tse?)

if so, are these changes supported in the maya exporter yet?

The way you construct models and set up materials is different.. but the exporter is the same. All of the material handling is presently handled script-side.
