This is what I understood from your .plan. Please correct me if I'm wrong :
GG ported TSE for XBox but it won't be availble for developers. In case I want to make an XBox version of my game I must submit it to GG that will analize if it should be ported and then GG will port it.
In order to have a copy of XBox TSE I would have to already be an XBox developer.

In order to develop on the Xbox you have to own the Xbox SDK. This SDK can be integrated with your visual studios invironment so you can make XBE (XBOX EXECUTABLE) projects. The only problem is you do have to apply and be approved to be an XBOX developer and microsoft does not just give it to anyone. Like all software you can get ahold of the XDK but there would not be too much of a point because it would be an illegal copy and you would not be able to sell your hard work or even distribute it for free. Some people even use the sdk to develop home brew software for their moded XBOX.

We have been saying it since the begining, think small, think fun, and get it finished. We are making the opportunities for you, we just need the games!

That is correct. We legally can not go handing out TSE Xbox. If you make a kick ass game in TGE (or TSE) and we think it should be ported to the Xbox, then we will help you get hooked up with Xbox Developer status, XDK, and TSE Xbox, and you will be well on your way. Like we showed at IGC, we did it with Marble Blast, and with Think Tanks and Orbz for XArcade. We can help you do it, but the key element there is 'kick ass game in TGE'. What do we have out there for Torque Games right now? Marble Blast, Think Tanks, Orbz, and Lore. Three of those are getting Xbox ports, and Lore isn't what Microsoft is looking for on Xarcade right now, unfortunatly. We have been saying it since the begining, think small, think fun, and get it finished. We are making the opportunities for you, we just need the games!

I think you hit the nail on the head with that post. Xbox TSE isn't for everyone and nor is it "indie" development but hardcare AAA you deliver by this date or your name will be mud.
I am not upset that Lore isn't going for the Xbox Arcade, to be honest I am grateful. Why? Developing Lore would be like a drop in the bucket in regards to developing for Xbox Arcade, it's a huge undertaking that far surpasses indie development. Plus we have the added benefit of seeing how you guys treat the water and learn from your experiance if/when it comes time. In the meanwhile we are more than busy enough while we work towards "Lore Gold". So you won't see any of us crying over the Xbox at the moment and to be honest we are pretty much the next guys in line.
Devloping for something like the Xbox is like asking for Ops on IRC, if you need to ask, you aren't ready. So throw away those foolish ideas and just get back to the basics, be honest with your teams abilites and make a good game. From there you will see how things go.

This is an excellent thread to explain the status of the xbox stuff. You tell us exactly what needs to happen for any game to be developed. If you aint done the work, you aint gonna see no invitation. I would rather publish my own game first then have someone come ask me to work on a port. It would be confirmation for a job done good.Just like you said, "Show me the mon... game!".

Show us the game.
Everyone who works on the Xbox signs paperwork as thick as your thumb that says, basically, "We aren't going to talk about this stuff." So my official answer is, "I'm not going to talk about that stuff."
Show us the game.
