@Brice maybe posting the jobs as paid contract work would help. It seems that alot of people are already working on their own project or are already on a team. Maybe get some advice from Thomas Lund on how he is doing it.

Thomas Lund:

Quote:I have some volunteers that work for free on our projects just to be part of a game dev.

They are artists and programmers alike, and they put in between 0 and 5 hours a week.

They have no ownership or anything in the stuff they work on, but they are happy to be part of something game dev related.

I would never expect them to put in more. Even if they feel like its a great project and all - without actual ownership and stakes they will never work like the rest of us.

Personally I would never work on someone elses project without getting a piece of the cake. Neither as a programmer og manager.

We are making a demo to try and get money =)

It's a opportunity, if people don't like our project I'm not going to try and convince them with money. I tried that and ended up losing cash and battling with people that didn't really want to be there.

Our game has a solid story, decent graphics and has been around for over 21 months. Very few companies can say that

If no one is interested I'm not so sure throwing money at them is the key.

I guess if I can't find anyone I'll have to look at getting someone that doesnt care about the project.
