This looks like an interesting dialog but I dont see it hooked to anything. Can someone tell me how it works?
or if it works?

Those are left overs from the Tribes 2 AI editor.

They arent used in this version of the engine? Could they be used? Should they be removed?

They were part of Tribes 2 (the game). Torque is the engine that was used by Tribes 2, but when it was released as such many things had to be removed since they were property of Sierra, one of those things was the AI, so those files are left overs from the tribes 2 days, they aren't really used, they might have been left there thinking of reimplementing them one day, but that hasn't been the case yet.
