Partical editor

I sownload torque 1.3 and compile it but I can't find the Partical editor, so where can I find it?

Press the '~' key to open the console.

Type toggleParticleEditor(1);

Press enter.

I think F5 is bound to the toggle function.

but I have another question is there any tutorial or artical explain how to work with this editor? coz Im new to it.
