Death animations dont show up!

I was wondering if u could help me out here... there are numerous ways to die in my current build, and the death messages show up e.t.c.... but no death animations are played on the models.

Im kinda lost as to why. I know the animations are there, but on death.. they dont play.

Any help would be appreciated.
