Map2dif and quak3

Does anybody know if map2dif in the 1.3 source handles quake3 format map files?

I believe it has to be in valve 220 format.

Try this add -q 3 to the commandline and export .

It doesn't work in 1.2 but in 1.3 I'm wondering if it does work.
