Installers etc

Hi,
We'll be done with the game we're working on soon - and I'm looking into installers/etc.
The game demo and final version will be seperate. My questions:
1. what installer software is recommended for windows
2. what installer software is recommended for MAC?
Part two: For self sales (not made through a portal), we want to use a processor we're familar with, rather than solutions like regnow, plimus, etc. Unlike those solutions, however, the processor we want to use will not come bundled with authentication software. It can, however, pull from a list of regcodes we define. This enables us to use a program like, say - Share Guard to create a final version that requires input of a regcode.
The questions on that being:
1. Any recommendations on that for Windows that you think is better than Share Guard? Oh - and I'm not looking in the high dollar arena here. Crypt Keeper and others exist, but I'm not prepared to pay 500-1000 bucks just yet.
2. How about for the MAC?
Thanks for any advice in advance.
Cody

It's a bit confusing at first. You set the variable file location by drag-n-drop. It's not very intuitive but it gets the job done and is very reasonably priced! I like free things! :>~~~
