MultiRes from Max 4.x?

My 3D Tool is Max 5.1. To export my shapes, tutorial says, copy the MultiRes.dle from Max 4.0 into mine. But Discreet revealed Max 7.0 version already. Their web site doesn't give the old 4.0 version for trial anymore.
After spending so many times searching MultiRes.dle, version 4.0, in vain, I decided to ask you help.

"Please, anybody, give me that MultiRes.dle file from Max 4.0."
