Typer 2k4

Well, I've created a tool with more features than Notepad, which uses less RAM than MSWord. It looks pretty cool too. I used VB6.0, which allowed me to get most of the features done in 1 day. I've never used a basic program before, but it's a sinch. ;) It will be available for free on Game Beavers. I'm a liscenced member so I can't sue you... ;)

So far I have FINISHED:

I have done the dialog boxes for:

UPDATE: I added pasting, the abylity to add a new file and it's own extensions. I have gotten rid of a lot of the features that I didn't really need (Like Close Ctr+W; this is the same thing as New Ctr+N except for the save prompt)

Now I will focus soley on adding functionality to the finished (I might yet redo them) Forms. I have to add Saving, Opening, and Fonts. The dialogs work fine, just they do nothing. Printing is done (It will print to the default printer. The source is included so you can change that)

All in all, it should be finished within a week's time. I don't know if I will add themes (For different colors) in the 0.9.0 release. Look for the 1.0 for that. I will have a couple themes in each following version.

I began work on Typer 2k4 Light, which takes away all of the color variation, the source code, and the font changes. No themes will be built for this, thus, the 1.0 release is the final one.

I have started to plan Typer 2k5. It will offer more features, and will get a refinished look.
