Problem with wheels and hub points

I seem to be having a problem with placing wheels on this car model, I have my four hub joints (0-3) but when I import the model into game the front left and rear right wheel appear to be off from where I want them. I figure no big deal, I'll compensate and move them and they'll be good, except when I move my hub joints, absolutely nothing seems to change...
Any ideas? or can any one see what i'm doing wrong? thnx for any help.
