Beginner Modeler Needed for Dev Packs

I would like a beginner modeler to help me create Development Packs. We would begin on RTS packs right off the bat and sell them for around $15, spliting whatever the publisher leaves us with (Hopefully on GG.com with 65%), except a small amount. This money will go to purchasing better modeling software (For me, 3DS Max 6), starting up a website, and creating adds to promote future buissness.
The goal would be to create content for people to get started with using the RTS Pack and Torque.
Requirements:
A basic knowledge of Anim8tor v.8, Blender 3D, or 3DS Max
Must be able to export to .dts with a plug-in, or at least .3ds
A creative mind, always looking to make something better
This job is available as a temporary thing, or permanent. I'll let you decide. Temporary is a couple months together, permanent means that in a couple months, I will hire another person (Bringing us to a grand total of 3 people).

I'd be willing to help you out with a website, possibly even giving you some space and all. I've got plenty of HTML experience (10 years) and very good bit of PHP (5 years) and I'm certified in both. I love doing 'em and would be willing to help out in any form along those lines.

I want to split profits between only 2 people at the beginning at least, so a website is not a HUGE priority. Unless you're hosting our models or samples of our models for free, I don't think that this should be done yet. It would be nice to have a small forum though in PHP, but I can't pay for it (yet....).
Alex Jacobs and Shadowdragon (What's your real name Shadow???), please email me a small sample of .jpgs for your images ASAP. The sooner the better....
While talking about sooner, I'm sorry about the belated reply. I forgot to check this section in the forums. ;)

Thanks a lot you guys for offering. I know that Shadowdragon could be helpful in many ways (Like converting my .3ds to .dts, adding textures, and adding a bounding box).I want to split profits between only 2 people at the beginning at least, so a website is not a HUGE priority. Well, since all the rest of you are slow(er than me ;), Alex got the partnership. First thing's first, we'll be working together on a RTS pack that's Torque ready. (It will have different creatures, buildings, monsters, and heroes in both .dts and .3ds) They will all be animated, so all you really need is this, the RTS Pack, and some very basic TGE knowledge to get started.

Also I can maybe provide you a forum as well. Contact me and we'll talk.

If you want a free model pack that I made, there's always the Arcade Dev Pack. It's hosted on GameBeavers for free. Of course all of the objects are static.

Ok, silly q: does Torque Game Engine SDK "Indie" License allow us to actually create content for not derived from TGE and sell those out? like the Brave Tree does here at GG. Thanks!
