How do I use the Sequence Object in Max?

How do I assign Start and End Frames for Sequencers? So I can designate Animations for v12. I'm simply begging for any I can get here.

for a little more info. . .lets say you have a jeep and you wan to have the wheels turn, and shocks bounce. . .you attach your mesh to a dummy object (which will be animated) we'll say the wheel turning is at frames 1 - 20 and a tunring animation is at 25-45. . .so you need two sequance objects each which easy to follow name, then like Clocks said you open track view and find the tracks of the sequence objects and open them up . . .as well as your animated dummy objects. . .then just make keys. . . the expoter allocates the time dictated by the sequence object as a animation that can be called . . .I hope that made any sence Anthony sorry bout the typos I'm sick

Then find the track that says start/End and add a key to the frames you want it to start and stop (that's 2 keys).
Close the trackview and tada.
// Clocks out.
