My Charactor won't cast a shadow on .dts shapes

My artists refuse to us quark...

Everything I have is in .dts format. We have created the ground, buildings, props in dts... Baked all the shadows. Looks fine.

But my problem is that the charactor does not cast any shadow at all on to the .dts shapes (my ground). The shadow does not have to be detailed, just something...

Is there a way to get around this problem?

Do a search for "shadows and DTS" on the forums. If you don't have the license to the engine, you won't be able to see (or implement) most of the fixes. Unfortunately, without a proper license, the engine doesn't do this by default.

They finaly change the forum search so you can use two keys now?

Yeah, they did that about a month ago. It's a limited fulltext search now.
