    It's possible the CVS server crash we had a while back is the cause... or maybe it's something more subtle. Hard to say.

    The version of the docs you link to is old and out of date. Use the new docs, wherein you will find this updated CVS version tag table. :)

    Though I notice the date on the Release_1_2_2 tag is wrong. Thought I changed that a while ago, but apparently I goofed something up. It will be updated the next time we push a new version of the docs out on the site.
