Right...are you talking about the process of starting a business or are you trying to find people to work for your company?

Trying to get people to join.

I haven't mastered the art of this myself, yet, but I've somehow magically gotten some pretty talented individuals to join the Rampant Games team. So I think I'm more lucky than good. But here's my take on it.
Like everything else, you need to market. Why would someone WANT to join your company? Promising a share of profits is pretty empty... considering the failure of projects is something north of 95%, that just ain't gonna cut it. You need people to know why YOU kick butt, why your company kicks butt, why your game is going to rock the house and succeed, and why someone should want to share your dream and help make you a success.
I took a look at your company profile, and it says you have four people already. That's a pretty sizeable team! For a game that's not even under development yet, you are overstaffed as it is. I think your next step is to start building it --- start making your dream a reality with what you have. Then get people to fulfill specific needs for your game as you go forward. Heck, even offer cash for some specific jobs. Or just as well... find workable assets that you need and license them outright! Make yourself a really kick-butt demo.
But if you are waiting for a couple of white knights to appear and do all your work for you, and show you how it's done... well... you might be in for a long wait. If you lack the experience and know-how yourself, you may be better off getting some on-the-job-training by helping out on some of the other teams around here... maybe pitching in and helping on Realm War or something. Nothing says you can only work on one project at a time, anyway!
Anyway, once you have something to really show off and demo, and something more of a track record, you may find it easier to attract people to your project.
Best of luck to you!

I also have to agree with Jay on this to - at first glance, I'd assume you're overstaffed for a single game. But, because very little information is provided about the company and what roles people are playing, it's impossible to make any real judgements about the situation. For that matter, it's impossible for someone to see if there is room for them in the company, or if thier talents dupicate existing talents within the company.
Fill out that profile on yourself and on your company in a more complete fashion. Make people comfortable about doing business with you.
Also realize that if you have nothing to show for a game but some ideas or some concept art, you'll have a hard time attracting anyone. Look at the resources you have now in your 4 man team, and see if you can get something put together that shows that you know what you are doing, you've got a direction in mind, and you've got a plan with some chance of success. You'll have much better chance of attracting memebers to your team that will be good contributors.

Jay's got it right - this is all going to be about marketing yourself to people to join your game development company.I also have to agree with Jay on this to - at first glance, I'd assume you're overstaffed for a single game. Thank you for the help you have provided. I'm definently going to take the advice you have given me, i realize now i have a big team, Maybe i concentrated on the wrong thing.
We really dont have much money. I being a tenth grader in high school, and my mom saying i cannot posses a job or im going to fail miserably. I really dont have much to get started. im saving for the torque engine and Ken Finney's book ive heard so much about. But it seems my conditions have turned from bad to worse. It rains so much here i can't ever mow the lawn. The fact of a 16 year old male scares parents from babysitting, and nobody wants me to walk there dog. :() so basically ive been saving every penny i could find. I thought i'd ask my parents.
But my parents, maybe like some are not very good listeners. I say, can i have 200$? please to help start my future career. They take that and go buy me a surfboard... I mean thats awsome. But it's not what i asked for.
But this board isn't chicken soup for the soul or anything. I got a hold on a really good 3d animation program and ive been working on models alot. I got a 2d engine and half been making alot of games. But i want a 3d engine. I cant find one. If you know a good 3d engine for free, please tell me.
also, about realm wars. I want to help now, Where do i start i just d/led it. What will i need to make maps? weapons? characters? etc. any help would be sufficient.
Thanks again!

Aside from that... if you are wanting to learn game programming, you should just learn to prowl the net looking for articles - there are a lot of decent tutorials available at www.gamedev.net.
Good luck!

If you are just starting out and looking for ultra-cheap and pretty easy, your best bet might be Irrlicht. It seems really easy to get up and running if you are just wanting a QUAKE-style game. It's not nearly as fully-featured as Torque, but it's something I think could be used to make a pretty decent game.Aside from that... if you are wanting to learn game programming, you should just learn to prowl the net looking for articles - there are a lot of decent tutorials available at www.gamedev.net.

If you just want to make art and levels for inclusion in the Realm Wars releases you will need the appropriate tools to do this. We would prefer that if you are going to do anything that you wish to submit into the project that you develop with 3DS Max and Photoshop, or Quark/Hammer for DIFs simply because these are the tools that our art leads use and its the easiest way for them to check the work that you are doing.
If you want to do some programming that could be included in a future Realm Wars release, there are various programming tools available to you (many of which are mentioned in other threads here on GarageGames). In order to get access to the source code though you do need to be a TGE liscensee.
You want to do some scripting that could be included in a future Realm Wars release, some of the scripts are available in the release build that is given out. Additional scripts are provided in CVS with the source which you can get access to if you are a TGE liscensee.
Please note that if you do wish to submit anything in for the next release of Realm Wars we will be reviewing your work (primarily the source work) and have various forms that we require you to understand and follow. This is simply to ensure that we try to have the best quality work in Realm Wars that is possible.
If you wish to just have fun and play around with Torque on your own using Realm Wars, just go ahead and do it. All of the information that you need to develop from is here on the forums.

Otherwise, you are going to have to be more specific as to what you are asking about as far as establishing a company.
