adding portable vehicl weapons

I was hoping on doing a jeep type thing that could pull a big gun that could be delpoyed and I was wondering if all that is possible ?

The engine currently doesn't support one vehicle pulling another. You could mount a weapon/gun on a vehicle and unmount it later, but that's not quite the same thing.
