Pixel specular/fallback

I noticed in materials there is a setting for pixel specular...this is only supported in 2.0 shader model...in play, will it fall back to a lower end implementation if the card does not support it?

Yes. If pixel specular isn't supported it will fall back to vertex specular.

Uhh, no, right now it drops specular entirely. Eventually there will be some kind of pixel specular support for 1.x cards unless the surface is an interior.
