Terrain painter in Mac version broken?

When using the terrain painter in OS X I've noticed that (rather than painting the terrain properly) it basically paints the terrain white. I've done the same thing in Windows and it works properly.
Is this a known bug?

There are problems with the terrain editors in general on mac. Although some of them have been fixed. There's also a task in the project manager. This isn't the same problem but maybe it's a good idea to get started there:http://www.garagegames.com/projectmanager/issue.php?qis=122

I haven't vetted it yet, but Paul Scott has submitted a fix for this issue. I'll check it out, and commit it to HEAD if it looks good (which, I'm sure it will, since all of Paul's stuff seems to rock extremely hard).

Same problem here, once i start painting everything turns white...no turning back after that.

I found this problem as well but also found a partial solution. The terraform editor allows you to add textures to a terrain, then using the action menu you can choose to paint terrain texture. This works well but there is a limit to how many you can use, and there is not a way to trully remove them (when they are deleted from the list the count for max textures is not decremented). I think it's something like 12. I tried the pc version and it does seem to work a better. Anyone out there encounter any isssues from bringing terrain files from the pc to the mac?

Sorry guys, I will be incorporating Paul Scott's fixes early next week. Got too busy w/ other stuff and my Mac was being used by other peeps in the office, so this update lingered a while.
