Downloading TSE

Just bought it, though I've not seen any info how to grab it !

so I just changed references to "torque" to "tse"


is this correct ?

Yes. There is documentation on how to download, but after you purchase you can download from CVS by substituting tse for torque.

Check our the getting started thing.

If you downloaded Torque via CVS before this should be no problem.

I'm a newbie and i just bought TGE & TSE. I got all the dl info for TGE, but I don't understand how to get information to download TSE. Can someone pleae help?

Have you checked the documentation in the TSE section?

How to download TSE. Note, this guide is usable as is, but it should get updated/improved tomorrow as well.

This works fine for me:

1. Login
cvs -z3 -d :pserver:@cvs.garagegames.com:/cvs/tse login

2. Checout
cvs -z3 checkout -P tse

Ok cool, i got it to work..just a minor problem..why doesn't TSE show up on the left under Purchased Products?

LOL, pretty observant. I doubt I would have ever noticed that. I'm sure now that someone has noticed, they'll make an effort to get that changed. They have been giving a good amount of effort to the TSE integration and documentation so give them a little time.

Rick says the "Purchased Products" area on the left will likely go away since the same link is available on the right in the "Community" area. Purchased Products is somewhat misleading anyway since only the TGE shows up on it.

The TGE and TSE links are in that Community area in the right column underneath the dev snapshot.
