3DS Not Aligning Surfaces Properly?

For some reason, when I make a model in 3D Studio Max, the surfaces don't always align properly. The main problem here is a rectangle with 3 sections. One side has its texture on perfectly, while the other 3 main sides have the texture aligned completly wrong. I've spent about an hour trying to fix this and I cannot seem to find the cause. You have to unwrap the mesh using the unwrap uvw modifier. max has a few tutorials on using it included with it. I went ahead and unwrapped this mesh for ya.
