CVS Change List

The CVS Change List hasn't been updated since 2004/04/18.
But there have been some changes to HEAD since then.
(Noticed that by synchronizing HEAD).
I thought there was an automatic process, that updates the change list from the CVS checkin comments?
Will this be enabled again?

I read somewere that it was disabled after they had a harddrive crash. As somepoint they will enable it again.
