On a business trip to Boston and noticed that the Borders store here in Cambridge has the book. So you may want to try them too.

Seems like some of the files were moved from when the book was written to when the CD was made up or the installer, but I was impressed by the fact that right after showing how to execute the first example, the author was thoughtful enough to point out that the log will show you such foibles (or your own bad typing, etc).

So far it's been a good read, and a written at a pretty reasonable level, not too much time spent on basics (what is a game? etc), and not so over most folks heads that you can't get started rather quickly. :)Seems like some of the files were moved from when the book was written to when the CD was made up or the installer, but I was impressed by the fact that right after showing how to execute the first example, the author was thoughtful enough to point out that the log will show you such foibles (or your own bad typing, etc).
