DTS Export problems with 3DSMAX6

Well, after scouring countless hours through the forums looking for an answer, I've decided to make my first post. ;)
I have 3D Studio MAX 6 and have installed the DTS exporter plug-in.
File, Export, I can find the Torque DTS listed as a exportable format now.
So on to my problem: When I am trying to export this model, I get "No details to export".
Any ideas? I've created the 'bounds' box. Which surrounds my entire model (not doing any type of animation here). I even created a col-01 mesh which surrounds the object.
Please help, I'm losing sleep now ;)
Thanks in advance!

Where can I find the DTS exporter for max 5 and/or 6. Every link I find is old. What about sample cfg files?thanks!

Don't export trough file/export. go to the right stack where the litlle hammer icon is and load from there the dst exporter. make a box around your model (make sure it encloses every frame of it, every vertex) and name it (important) 'Bounds' without quotes. select your model and click on embed shape, then register details. now export from there (is the button above register and embed buttons). good luck.

DTS Exporter Matrix should have links to all current known exporters. Let me know if you find something missing.
