Microsoft Visual C++ Toolkit 2003 and eclipse

Hi,
i found out that microsoft released their optimizing compiler linker and libs to the public.
so without vs.net's ide you can compile torque.
i was thinking i could get eclipse to be the ide instead.
anyone has any idea how to register cl.exe and link.exe with eclipse ?

Is it possible to use eclipses IDE tends the Visual C++ Toolkit 2003 how his compiler? How? Thanks!
