Enhancements - My Shortcuts - Have Names & more of them

I love the "My Shortcuts" feature, but I wish it displayed the name of the resource or the thread topic the sort cuts points to rather than "Unknown" or "View Resource"
Also I find only allowing a Max of 8 is too few. How many would I like? Well I already said "I love it" so maybe 20?
