Can't download

Ok,
I have windows XP pro, I have bought the game, but when I click on the link to download the game, the FTP site that comes up doesn't load. It says it can't load the page.
I tried fooling around with my IE security settings to make sure that I could acess the site. I dunno. I'm stumped. Also, I use AOL to connect to the net if that makes any difference...
Anybody have this problem?

    GG was having issues with the server. The cvs and ftp server where down most of the morning if they arent still down. I know the CVS server is down cause they are replacing a bad hard disk.
