Buildwad Problems

I have a bug when trying to put 512x512 textures inside a wad file if i resize em to 256x256 it works.

The problem im having is i want to create my buildings with worldcraft, but i want to use 512x512 textures, can i just have 2 files, one for worldcraft in the wad and one for the engine?

What are your recommendations?

Is 512 too much and should i just go 256x256 as max size?

I havent tried this but what happens if you have 256x256 textures in the wad file and 512x512 in your game .

That doesnt sound as the definitive solution but works for me :)
