#4 You should try out using Games-match.com, they've been picking up the pace on development jobs there. I've seen some big names come through with a job or two posted.

For the record, I'd look into your offers but I'm not exactly certified technicly by modern standards, but if you want a decent artist and designer, and you wish to waive those matters, I'd be more than ideal.
