SourceForge problems

A little OT but hopefully someone can help.
For the last week or two I haven't been able to reach SF.NET or any subdomains.
Pings always say destination port unreachable. I'm not on any router (just my PC and a DSL-alike modem.
I'm in Japan right now. Maybe they're ignoring the IP block I'm coming from?
A tracert give me:
17 150 ms 152 ms 151 ms 66.35.212.174
18 sourceforge.net [66.35.250.203] reports: Destination protocol unreachable.
Anyone have any ideas?
