Some questions about distribution

Hi all,
I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for this or not, my apologies if it is not.
First thing is, I have some source code that extends Torque that I would like to share with the community and get some feedback, and for general use. What is an acceptable way to do this that would not put me in violation of the licensing agreement? Can I post it on a website, and only link to it in the private forums, should I put a password on the site, or is there any other option besides submitting a patch and posting the code in the forum messages?
Which brings me to my next question...
I am going to be attempting to put together a small group of programmers, and I know that each programmer has to have their own copy of the Torque license. What would be a good way of verifying that somebody is indeed a Torque license holder? Is there a list of licensed Torque users, or should I have them post something in the private forum, or is there some other method that can be used to validate ownership of a license?
Thanks

2) As Cameron stated, in user profiles there is a note that states if someone is a licensed SDK owner.

1) Release it as a resource on this site. Look at the nav bar on the right side, near the bottom.2) As Cameron stated, in user profiles there is a note that states if someone is a licensed SDK owner.

Thanks guys. I see now that I can search developers from the search bar up top, and look at their profiles, so I'm good to go. And thanks for pointing me to the resources. I actually knew that already, must have had too much Easter cheer. lol. Perhaps I should adjourn until morning :|
Peace
