We have just started development on a snowboarding game for XP, OSX + Linux with the torque engine. We currently have a concept artist/game designer(myself), lead animator and motion graphics designer/modeler. All 3 current team members are full time graphic designers for www.l4b3l.com
We have produced and developed 3 games to date for ESPN and Hot Tamales (Director and FlashMX) but are looking for the right programmer (read: wicked smart + game and/or TGE experience) to help us produce a AAA caliber game. Within the next few weeks we will have screen shots and concept artwork on the website. Until then just post your resume links here if you are interested.
We have a detailed design document that will describe all work that needs to be done, but dont think its in our best interest to share it just yet as it spells out our complete game concept in tight detail. You will need to gauge for yourself how much work it will be to make TGE run like Amped or SSX. If you think you have what it takes drop your info. We will have one complete course design ready by July and hope that a talented programmer can make the control, physics and trick system work by then. The demo will not need to have any multiplayer abilities or game mechanics such as scoring, bonuses, etc. We just need to show that our concept, character, gameplay and environments work.
It will be a precentage based deal because this game is only going to be as good as the lead programmer can make it. Don't worry about the art - we've got that covered ; )
