Email Notifications on COMMITS to Torque in CVS?

I added this to the cvs server we are using on our project, we have about a dozen people commiting stuff and almost everyone is new to using any kind of version control system and I have to monitor that they are all doing it right.
It was really easy to add to the commitinfo to send batch commits to email addresses using a couple of very basic Python scripts I got off SourceForge.
It would be really neat if as an SDK Licensee, I could get emails when anything was committed to the torque module, and since you can send emails based on modules, those people interested in gorpe or realmwars or anything else could get notifications of that also.
