Help with ded. servers

Whenever i try it says "permission denied" i am on a mac. HELP!

He, open up the terminal ok? Then type in CD*space* "drag in TT folder, not icon, folder, Here".
Press Enter. Type in the code for the dedicated server On ptt, and press enter, it should work, thats how i do mine.!

SHUTUP, Macs rule, I am on one, and I can do dedicated servers, the ONLY problem with Macintosh is that they try to make things so simple for you that they make it more complicated. So only experienced people can do very well with them.

Is your TT folder in one of another user's folder? If so, then you have to go on THEIR account and start the dedicated server.

I need help with ded. servers on how to cycle throug maps like lush, spooky, and frantic. I would like to know how to do this in the normal game too. I just want to cycle through 2 to 3 maps. At: www.planetthinktanks.com/about-dedicated.asp Z talks about puting in GREEN for random cycle through the lush maps and to put -log some where. Where do i put these to make it so i can cycle through maps? Thanks.
