I'm a college student who's a very talented artist. I've been playing video games for as long as I could remember. I've had many ideas and many stories to put into an award winning game. I know a lot about art and been working on story boards for my game. I do not know how to make a game but I know how to make one good! If there are any talented game makers out there that are willing to work with me I'd share the profits and beleive me there will be profits I'm going to be targeting the Mexican American consumers which make up half of the consumers in the U.S. and NO THIS IS NOTHING LIKE THAT PIECE OFF $H!T LOWRIDER GAME ON PS2. Also, since you don't seem to have game-making experience, you might want to join a team rather than start one.
Of course, the problem with joining a team is the same as the problem with starting a team yourself: it's hard to find people you need who want to work on the game.
It will be much easier to find high quality team members if you post some sort of work (e.g. the storyboards you mention) that's already done for the game on a website and link to it.

This would be more appropriate in the Team Building forum. And you should provide some details about the game. Also, since you don't seem to have game-making experience, you might want to join a team rather than start one.

Steve: Thanks for the input. I'll go post this in the team building forum when I get a chance. I want to join any team willing to accept me and I'm willing to accept anyone who wants to help. As for the storyboards and my ideas I don't want anyone to still them so I'm looking for the correct way to get them copyrighted or trademarked whatever I need to do to get them protected. If you know anything about that please let me know.
