Jus thought id bring back Tank Dorks sound mods, i got the zippped folder but i have no idea how to add to thread, if ya want it tell me how to add, or jus leave ur e-mail

I found out a way. Get a .Mac trial membership (it DOES have downloadablility for PC's) and move all the sound files you want into the Public folder. Now make a file sharing site on your homepage and publish it. Click on the download button for your sound file and then quickly click stop. You will have the URL for the file you will want to download!
