new company opportunity

The Dragon, a new independent video game company, is looking for people to help make games. ALL positions are available (my idea is to be working on many games at once, so more than one person per job is better)
Currently, we are not looking to make and money, BUT in the future we may attempt to sell one of our games, in which case if you are involved you would get a share of the profits.

I have my own company at the moment but I just want to offer a word of advice. Start with ONE game and start small. I'm guessing you're fairly new to this, and being a rookie, programmers, artists, etc. are probably going to be reluctant to coming running to your idea, no matter how good it is. Start slow, post some help wanted ads if you haven't already. Saying that you'll offer someone membership just for responding shows a little lack of professionalism. No problem though, starting out always makes you a little eager. You just have to be patient and think everything through. If you have any more questions don't hesitate to email and ask me what I did to start out or what I would do in a certain situation, this place is all about helping. :)
