TT Code of Conduct for all players

Since I am still a newbie on TT, I would like to know if there is a code of conduct or guidebook for all players? You know, a sort of "Do's and Don'ts" for all players. It would help all us newcomers learn much faster what is acceptable and what isn't.
For example, I have a few questions:
Question One:
When in battle mode, is it acceptable to swoop in and finish off an opponent that your teammate has basically gotten them into that condition? I mean, is it fair to get the credit for a kill when your teammate did all of the hard, dirty work? I try to avoid this "vulture" type behavior and only try to get involved when my teammate is the one who is smoking.
Question Two:
When deciding which server to jump on, is it acceptable to join a session that is already even-sided? For example, if the server says 12/13 with six blue vs six green, is it fair or all right to join and give one side the advantage?
Just wondering what you all thought about this?
Question three:
I don't like vulgarity or insulting opponents in chat, but is it acceptable to "trash talk" in a friendly manner as they do in the NBA and NFL?
There are lots of other questions I am sure we can all come up with that would help out not only newbies, but also long-time members who might need a reminder of what's fair and acceptable conduct on TT.

Question 1: Just try not to do it. It's done, but mostly frowned on. Addendum: If your teammate is almost dead, give them a hand.
Question 2: I usually join, see which side is losing, and then go to that side and stay there.
Question 3: Trash talk. "It's a good thing."
And, in case you play scrum: Don't sit in the goal, don't jump off the edge when you have the scrum, and don't kill other players without provocation.
But, anything the game lets you do is allowable, it basically comes down to how you feel doing it. I don't feel great stealing teammates kills, so I don't do it.
