A list of all team by their officers

I would like a list of all teams and who is aloud to recruit new members.also a breakdown of the teams.scouts,snipers,grunts,rifle men,protectors and so on. you need these things to have a solid working army.also how can some people belong to more then one army at the same time.thats like being with americans,asians and russia all at the same time. that is not a working army but an army that will fail and die off.now I am not asking for people to make smart mouth answers but want to get to the root of this.remember this,an army is only as strong as it's soldiers and how is that possible if they are joining other teams.and incase your wondering or not,I'm a sniper. I attack alone and cause distractions for the other team so my team can march on to victory.
