Man, you must be young... Fist, decided on what you want to do. Then write a solid design doc. Don't just bounce around on the forums spouting off about a new project ever 12 minutes...

I'd recommend starting at the beginning. You have a couple of ideas for games... which is great! But the thing you need to realize is that a good idea is only the tiniest seed of a game... it's like saying, "I've got an extra tire here... anybody want to help me build a car?"
I think a Lacrosse game is a great start... but you need to do your homework a bit. Making it "just like Madden NFL 2004" is pretty unrealistic... Madden has been developed by a very experienced team and cost MILLIONS of dollars. Your best bet, I think, is to jump in and find out FOR YOURSELF what it would take to make a game like this. There are TONS of resources available to you on the Internet and here at this site to do this.
Start from the ground up, and begin building your game. People will be more inclined to jump in after they see progress being made. It shows you are serious. And it gives them something to look at and say, "Cool, I want to work on that." But really --- the ball is in your court. If you are serious about this, roll up your sleeves and get to work, and post a .plan about your progress.
I'd be happy to provide you with help in the form of suggestions, advice, and whatever answers I might know. But I can't write your game for you.
For what it's worth... I think it's a GREAT idea for an indie game!
