Good art needing programmer

1 Second is a new horror action-adventure project.

We consider December 2003 as the real start of the project, now that we have a commited team and things are rolling. I set up the project here in GG when I was first rambling, testing Torque and designing some guidelines, back in July 2003 when we made a Dev Snapshop of the Day.

But we are five artists, the programmer's slot is still empty. The funny thing is three of us are programmers (Delphi, Java and C++), but at this point, leaving art and starting to study Torque to build the demo is not an option. I'm dedicated to do level design (the textures and the building are mine - roll the page) and take care of the project.

This is a kind of "join in" deal, not a paid position (not to date).

We need an SDK owner who dominates at least the Torque Script to do story driven 3rd person action-adventure kind of things, like Tomb Raider or Max Payne. Read our ad for more details or reply this post for many more details.

So do you need a scriptor, or a C++ programmer?

I've got a great grip on the scripts, but my C++ is lacking.

A scriptor would be nice to cover most of our needs. We also wanted a more complete C++ / Graphics programmer to improve some things in the engine (specifically lighting - we're artists...)
