Hey all,
i can export my model from 3ds max 5 and see it is the -show tool. However i can only sometimes place it into one of the demos and when i can it is large.
I have tried: Reseting the transform
unmess.dts
resetting the x-form
i have generic units set to inches
altering the details level
Any help would be much appreciated becuase this has been driving me crazy for ages.

I've got the correct size now and i can always see the model in the show tool. But it wont appear when i try and place it in a game situation. I have not textured the object? Would that cause any problems?

What detail level are you using?. If you only have one LOD level set your objects detial to 02.
Not sure what your object is but I beleive the ORC is around 2 units high(3dsmax). You should be able to make a box manually and set it to 2 units then scale your object to that.
For general reasons I set my units to meters and my home grid to .01.
Hope somthing there helps.

No. Your object will be white without texture. What detail level are you using?. If you only have one LOD level set your objects detial to 02.
