Botz!!!

Hi everyone!
I have a question for you....Do you like botz in orbz??? Well i don't.When you are trying to break a new record in solo mode they are making the whole game soooo unfair!....Sometimes the bot playes great and gets a lot of points and sometimes they can't even hit one single star and now they don't even show up anymore!If you play a map and get a great bonus like 1000 points per star then one or two stars can make a huge differens!I don't really see what they are doing there in solo mode at all!....They make the solo game look like a lottery not some place where you can test and improve your skill,they can make there first shot much faster, and they are in the way!!!Let's say that i play a map and get 20 000 points and the bot get's 3000 and after that someone else playes the same map who aren't half as good as me and get 25000 just becouse his bot sucked!there is no justice at all!If i remember this correctly it is still called "SOLO" mode and when i hear solo then i think it's something that you should play alone!Just YOU!someone might play a map and his bot keeps making easy mistakes and he get*s a huge higescore that simply is impossible to beat becouse of that anoing bot who won*t suck like that ever again!and they also hit alot of keystars that you really need and they make unpredictable shots sooo i think bots should be there if you don*t have anyone to play or if you need to practise and i really don*t think that they should be there to make the solo games compleatly unfair!!!

What i would like to see is each Orbz having a slightly different property, like some were great on sand but crap in water etc. then there would be extra skill involved choosing at the start of each map. As you play more and more you'd start to notice the odd difference, like as we get to know where the double ( and treble) hits are. ( ahhhh don't tell me there is a difference)
Maybe a handicapping system where the closer to no. 1 you are the heavier your Orbz would be, mmmmmmm maybe not as we'd be signing in on our other names.
I do agree on a couple of points you've made the Botz do start before we can and it isn't strictly solo with them around.

Hi Creative 13 out of the 14 maps have a game without Botz and you haven't got the top score on at least 4 of them. However something has to make the other games different or else it would just be against the clock. Creative, I hate the Botz too but they're added to make a challenge for the players. I do agree though, that the Botz sometimes are really good and sometimes they just plain stink.Nightmare

I saw that botz were on 18 out of 35 maps and i don't think they should be on any of them.And i do understand your thought on making a differens in games but i'd much rather compete against the clock then some random bot.Imagine me playing a map and my bot doesn't show up or just misses all the time and don't get one star,then none of you will have a chance to beat me and something like this could have happend to you.And i wanted to give my idea of having the top highscore on every map another try becouse i have already done it once.But i can just forget about that idea becouse it's not just up to me to play good......nooooo the bot has to suck too and you would have to play like a thousand games and maybe on of those games your unfair apponent will suck too.....=( and also does anyone know what name Justin Mette (one of the developers of this game) play under?It would be cool to play him sometime.....take care all and massey that Notify me box thing happend to me too hehe really sucks doesn't it?

Hey Creative, how do you and all the other good players get such unbelievably high scores on some of the maps? I'm on a few top ten score lists, but some of them were from lucky shots :)

On several maps you have to hit every star without missing to get close to the top scores.. On some of them, you'll even have to get a number of 'money shot' powerups.. On the ones where this is possible (on 3 or 4 it is impossible to hit them all without missing!) it is considerably easier if you follow the right sequence. But ultimately there are a number of shots which do come down to good aim, and a lot of luck! especially with blind shots, going by the radar alone....

Sometimes you get really lucky on some levels and get an unbelievable score. For me that would be on challenge 3 when I got 38425 or something like that =) I thought I had #1 for good until Creative came and got like 41325 or something =) It was trouble enough for me just to get 35 gold medals!!! (and boy did that take awhile)
