Flying Vehicle Resource

I tried to upload the resource but its too large, maybe garagegames can let me send it to them if they like it...
General Info------------------------------
Unzip the files into the starter.racing folder, the files will go into the right folder. make sure it is a fresh head version. The game will start like a normal race game, with one exception. You will be above the ground about 100 mtrs. I added the max file for people to edit to their own specifications.
I only added basic nodes to get it to run.
This should help people in seeing how to get a working flying vehicle in your game..
I got the model and textures form the Chronos V team and compiled the shape in 3dsmax. It should fly fairly smooth and can be adjusted in the flyervehicle script.
You can also add nodes to the max file for emitters and nozzles, along with weapon mounts.. :)

Ok works in starter.fps..... was an issue with a script. Its a bit buggy since you can fly through ground, etc, but at least it semi-works.

I have it working in my code. Mind you i crash through the ground, and it does some insane things.. but it does work. I am messing around now trying to learn and discover why flight is so crummy :)

I'm interested to try the flight resource; what directories should I put the files in? I downloaded Mathew's zip (posted way back in October '04). I've been developing a flight sim in Director using Lingo but now am facing a complete rewrite in order to take advantage of the more immersive environment Torque offers.

Did you ever get flight to improve with the War Sparrow pack? Were you able to acheive rolls?
