Child Safe Filter not working on CTF

Just to let you know that the Child Safe filter is not quite 100%. My son is playing on a CTF map and one of the player names is showing up over the tank (but not on the player list). Of course the name is an offensive one "100%asshole(WP)"
This was the only name to make it pass the filter.
I'm not sure if this is becuse of the CTF map, something to do with the name, or some trick to get around the filter but I am disapointed that this was not filtered out. If this is due to the CTF map I will have to tell my son to stop playing in CTF games.
Please let me know if this is a map issue, a random failure of the Child Safe Filter, or something else.
