Racer, in another thread you mentioned that you were working on modifying the ChildSafe filter. You said
"I have been trying to alter the Filter so it only take bad words out, it doesent do that yet. But i have gotten it to not show chat, but shows everything else."
Can you let me know what you did?

In case you are wondering I'm the dad, not a kid looking for ways around the filter. After saying that I just realized this forum is not the best place to post that type of info. If you are willing to share email it to me. If not I understand.

Ok thanks. I am the kid trying to get around the problem :) But i dont use Child Safe.

When my son gets to the point where he can program around the filter I will be more than happy to turn it off. At 6 he's not quite there yet, but it is sometimes scary what he can do. I know when our house gets a power glitch (not an uncommon occurrence) and I'm not home my wife depends on him to reboot the firewall, router, and DSL modem in the proper order to get her back on-line. Why bother learning all that technical stuff when you have a 1st grader to do it for you. :)
