Texture Probs (2)

I finally fixed my other problem wit my old 98 (its really my dads, i get stuck on his non TT comp every other weekend) and now i can play but the textures are really messed up i mean they look like a snow mod gone wrong (tee he he) i would very much like your help or ill never make it through another weekend there without going insane.
