#1 You can't create a CTF game on your own. CTF is a custom game made by -Z- and hosted on a dedicated server (or 2). It was not part of ThinkTanks originally, which is why it doesn't allow to make one.

#11 It doesent. There will/have been updates for the game so it is going to work like this:

version 1.2 1.3 ect... the current one is 1.1.
