Skin Mod?

How do u design ur own skins? Do u use a special type of MOD wizard or somthing?

Who what?? Anyway just use photoshop or some paint program, and get the image to draw on out of game/data/shapes/tanks????

OK first thing's first 1 i know what skin is because I've swapped my old 1 with a new blue 1. 2 Cuca if I've ever said anything bad to you I'm sorry, we need more people like you on TT. # and lastly this is the second time somebody said I was Filbert we've never met and I'M NOT FILBERT!!\
